I am not a chilli fiend. I do like spicy food, but I do feel that the purpose of chilli is to make things interesting. Not make things… painful.

How spicy can you take your food?
So i have a passing interest in spicy chillies and the hottest chilli.
So I saw this: http://www.hungrygowhere.com/gallery/20-food-and-drink-items-to-buy-at-mustafa-centre-*gid-92673101/cc200200 and I knew I had to get the Bhut Jolokia chilli powder.
And… it is hot!
I sprinkled a small amount on my food and the heat was noticeable.
Time to make chillies (chilli con carne)!
Or Buffalo Wings.
